Hanna Begic is a Melbourne-based photographer working across analogue film and digital. She photographs weddings and elopements across Australia and beyond, though she’s less interested in name dropping locations than noticing what matters most within them. 

You'll find her traversing between the realms of art and culture, fostering human connection over good food, better company and a glass (or few) of wine. Those at the table would say she’s collaborative, detail orientated and shares a warm energy with everyone she meets, always inviting others to pull up a chair as well. 

Her work lives between the space of documentary and editorial, but she would rather let you decide for yourself. She created Other Folk as a celebration of modern rituals. To document the way we move through the world: capturing memory, emotion and belonging. Of being human. What stays with you is how it felt to be seen. The moment you saw yourself and felt understood.
